The corporate member is entitled to send at least two representatives to attend the convention; however each representative is required to pay the corresponding Convention Registration Fee only. (He or She is not not entitled to vote).
Inclusive:
The fees cover the admission to specific sessions, social events,including welcome cocktails, entry to commercial exhibits, convention kit, meal and souvenir program.

  • Cancellation of convention fees should be made in writing not later than July 31, 2023 to be eligible for refund, subject to 30% administration charge. Original copy of the receipt must be surrendered to be eligible for the refund which will be made only after the convention. NO REFUND will be given for cancellation made after the said date. However, a substitute delegate will be accepted.

  • Each delegate is required to fill-up this form completely to update the membership roster.
