We are pleased to inform you that the Management division of PHILSUTECH will conduct a seminar on April 21 & 22, 2017 at Pianta Hotel, Bacolod City. This is a one day &-a-half seminar entitled "Drivers of Employee Engagement: Creating Employee Connections Towards Breakthrough Results"
The objectives of this seminar are to discuss various concepts, insights & experiences about employee engagement, to determine the factors which motivate our workforce, to discuss effective methods in engaging our workforce and to understand the conditions where workers can maximize their productivity. This will tackle productivity of workers in the plants or factory and in the farms.
We have invited an expert Human Resources (HR) Development from Manila as Resource Speaker. Our speaker is very experienced in various HR Fields and is proficient and competent in organizing training programs. With all his credentials, we are assured that he will be able to handle the seminar effectively and help our participants.
In this regard, we wish to invite participation of your Company/Organization or Association to send both your HR and Non-HR (operations, finance, sales and/or marketing, etc.) managers and heads. Director, Factory
Enclosed is the course outline for the seminar/workshop so you can hjtye better understanding of what will be discussed. In addition to this, we would like to request your HR manager/head to fill up an "Employee Profiling Survey" (please*see attached). The short survey will help our speaker in understanding some basic information about the sugar industry.
In order to defray the cost of the speakers' fee, plane fares, accommodation and meals for the participants, we will be charging a seminar fee of P3, 500.00 inclusive of 2 Lunch and 3 Snacks plus seminar paraphernalia.
