The Management Division has conducted a management seminar which is entitled “ON-LINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT SEMINAR” held in Sugarland Hotel, Bacolod City last May 16, 2015. It was attended by twenty three (23) participants who came from various sugar milling companies and other companies in the sugar industry.
This seminar which was a whole day seminar is a first ever kind of seminar conducted by PHILSUTECH in Bacolod City which dealt with how to handle issues and crisis that a company may encounter in their operation and administration.
The outline of the talk given by Ms. ALMA CALA, resource speaker was composed of two parts; “The World of Internet & Why Go Online” and Issues and Risk and Crisis Management. These two parts of her talk were very interesting and useful to the participants.
The feedback coming from the participants was very satisfactory especially on the topic itself and the very talented resource speaker who handled the seminar.
